With more than 30 years of mortgage lending experience, Cari Bullington brings extensive knowledge and a personal approach to every home loan. She has spent decades helping homebuyers, homeowners, builders, and real estate professionals throughout the Brazos Valley.
Cari has experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, physician and executive loan programs, refinancing, land, home equity, and new construction financing. Her background in construction lending is especially valuable for clients building a custom home.
Cari believes mortgage lending is about more than financing a home. It’s about building relationships, providing clear guidance, and being there for her clients from application through closing.
When she isn’t helping clients, Cari enjoys spending time with her family and her Goldendoodles, Cooper and Ellie Mae.

A written application for reimbursement from the recovery fund must be filed with and investigated by the department prior to the payment of a claim.
